These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services ordered from MyCAMprogram (“MyCAMprogram”, “we”, “our”). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use, which take precedence over any conflicting terms on purchase orders or communications.
General Terms
Your submission of a subscription order or any changes to your account indicates your agreement to these Terms. These Terms supersede any prior terms provided in purchase orders or service requests.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise stated, third-party services offered through MyCAMprogram are provided with the supplier’s own limited warranty.
MyCAMprogram disclaims all express and implied warranties related to third-party services and resources.
Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription price paid. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Subscriptions and Refunds
Subscription terms run per program cycle as outlined at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are non-refundable and remain active until the end of the term.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial terms.
Auto-Renewal Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize MyCAMprogram to charge your designated payment method at the start of each new term unless you opt out before renewal.
This authorization remains in effect until revoked in writing at least 10 business days before the next billing date.
Special Pricing
Discounted rates may be available for government agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofits. Verification may be required to qualify.
Pricing and Errors
All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order or revise the price after notifying you.
Payment Terms
Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 2.75% monthly interest or the highest amount allowed by law.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to approve or decline orders at our sole discretion. Order confirmations do not constitute acceptance until verified.
Delivery of Access
Access to your subscription or course content is typically granted within three (3) business days of full payment.
We reserve the right to delay access in the event of technical or processing issues and will notify you if delays occur.
Taxes
Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST, HST, PST) will be charged unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by your jurisdiction.
User Purchases
You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account, including taxes and service fees.
Returned or failed payments may result in a $25 service charge. You are responsible for any legal fees or collection costs on overdue accounts.
Support
Support for third-party content is provided by the original supplier unless otherwise stated.
We may offer additional guidance or technical notes when available.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supplier delays, or internet outages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada.
If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use represent the full agreement between you and MyCAMprogram, superseding all previous agreements related to our services.
